  I have never written an online review before, so I will try to keep this concise.
  I get gas at this Casey's about 3 days a week on my commute to Springfield.
  I went to fill up yesterday and paid for a full tank of gas and when I got outside to pump it, my fuel door was frozen and I couldn't get to my fuel gauge.
  I couldn't do anything at the moment because I had to be at work in a few minutes, so on my way out of the parking lot I called Casey's to explain the situation.
  I asked that I would be able to pick up the gas on my way home since I had already paid for it. The person who answered the phone said "sure" and said that they would tape a receipt and a note next to the register.
  I stopped last night to reclaim my gas, and of course, due to incompetent employees with limited skills, there was no note. At this point I was on empty and forced to buy more gas.
  I stopped by on my way to work to speak to a manager and was told she could do nothing.
  Apparently Casey's in Willard has no cameras or transaction history on their registers.
  So basically I am out a tank of gas due to the negligence and lack of discipline of the Casey's employees.
  Willard in Casey's has forever lost mine and my family's business which is pretty substantial because between our 5 vehicles I would say we pay them $500 a week.
  I hope that no other customers have such trouble, but if you do I would recommend you find a better gas station.
